Welcome to Beamspace, a versatile 160-sqft multi-purpose creative studio located in Clairlea-Birchmount neighborhood, south of Scarborough & east of Toronto.
Rent the space by the hour. Lights, backgrounds, stands, various modifiers, furniture, make up vanity are all included in the rate. Seamless papers are available as add-ons.
Beamspace can be used as photography studio, podcast studio, content studio, workshop space, rehearsal room for performers and musicians, and more. With fully blackout capable and no noise restrictions, it is a perfect place for creative entrepreneurs who need a private space to create, host, film, or rehearse.

Once payment is completed, we’ll confirm your reservation with an approval email.

Frequently Asked Questions
The room is roughly about 165 square feet in size.
If you need to cancel your booking, you can receive a full refund up to 7 (seven) days prior to the start date.
Changes made between 7 days to 48 hours before your booking starts, you’re entitled to a 50% refund.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before booking starts, payment is non-refundable.

The space is not soundproofed. However, various audio recordings have been done in the space; including podcasts, voiceovers, and interviews. See our full sound guideline here.
