We are a small team running the space, please help us maintain the longevity of space by doing your part.

Cancellation and Overtime

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Up to 7 days before the start date: 100% refund
  • Up to 48 hours before the start of booking: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of booking: non-refundable
• Overtime: If you need more time during your booking, text us to check the availability. Overtime is charged at normal rate.
• Timing: Please arrive at your scheduled time as there is no waiting area. Late arrival will not extend your booking time.

General Booking Guidelines

• Cleaning: At the end of your session, please put all trash in bins and return equipment to its place.
• Modifications to the space: Please don’t tape, pin, or nail anything to the walls without prior approval. Anything needing attachment to the walls/tables/ need to be fully removable without residues.
• Handle with care: please be careful when handling heavy or high heat items. Always use the sandbags provided to help hold tripods and lighting stands in place.
• Damage fee: A cleaning or damage fee will be invoiced if the space is left in poor condition.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

• Active flames (torches, sparklers, or fireworks, etc), smoke machine, anything that may stain or have strong smell.
• Glitter
• Confetti
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio
• If a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises.

Seamless Paper Backdrop

• Please use the paper sparingly.
• If you require additional colours during your session, additional charge of $5 applies per colour.

Sound Activities

• There is no sound restriction in the space.
• Music instruments are allowed.
• Our studio is sound-insulated, but not fully soundproofed. Other activities in the building cannot be restricted or subdued to accommodate sound capture.
• If you are planning to do sound recording in the space, the use of these microphones are highly recommended: lapel mic, dynamic mic, or small diaphragm condenser mic.
